    Series Two is all about! You will experience repetitions to challenge your muscles
    at the same time improving your cardiovascular system!

    your set you are going to 'Feel The Burn' in your muscles! You will be coming back

    If you have mastered Series One then it is time to take on Series Two!

    segment and enjoy 9 Super-Sets of Ab's! Approximately TWENTY minutes of Ab's!
    You can simply choose 'Ab Segment' from the menu if all you would like to do for

                                      NEVER LOSE COUNT!

    Forgot what repetition you were on? Don't Worry - there is a convenient count
    down clock so that you NEVER have to worry about what repetitions you are on.


                                  What you need to become a NEW YOU!


    Items suggested: Light dumbbells, medicine ball, swiss ball, bench (step style)
    THESE ITEMS ARE NOT MANDATORY
    Dumbbells can simply be replaced with soup cans or water bottles. The medicine
    ball can be replaced with a bag of sugar or flour. A chair can be used instead of a
    Swiss ball. Your floor can be a substitute for the Step style bench.

                                        TIME                     

    The entire DVD is approximately 60 minutes. The Warm-Up and the three Circuits
    are approximately 30 minutes. The Ab section is approximately 20 minutes. If you
    feel that the warm-up and the three circuits is too much time, a suggestion is to
    perform the warm-up, 2 circuits and half of the ab section. This will also give you a
    great workout!


    Please watch the Proper Form segment in it's entirety before starting the
    workout.
