    A proper form segment along Fit Tips in between breaks will help you become a
    NEW YOU!


                                               Never lose count

    Forgot what repetition you were on? Don't Worry - there is a convenient count down
    clock so that you NEVER have to worry about what repetitions you are on.


                                  What you need to become a NEW YOU

    Items suggested: Light dumbbells, medicine ball, swiss ball, bench (step style)
    THESE ITEMS ARE NOT MANDATORY!
    Dumbbells can simply be replaced with soup cans or water bottles. The medicine
    ball can be replaced with a bag of sugar or flour. A chair can be used instead of a
    Swiss ball. Your floor can be a substitute for the Step style bench.

                                                      Time

    Time: The entire DVD is approximately 40 minutes including the Proper Form
    segment. The Warm-Up and the three Circuits are approximately 27 minutes.

    Please watch the Proper Form segment in it's entirety before starting the
    workout.

    but so easily adaptable to the more advanced as well, by the simple addition of stronger weights.
